Each led has a collimating lens in front of it. We use variety of lenses and diffusers in different optical configurations to maximize the light output at the specified working distance and to evenly illuminate the specified field of view

  
  Lensed Led Ring Lights Features:

Super high intensity ring lights with embedded electronics. Light intensity adjustable from 0 to maximum. Extended working distance (300 mm to 3,000 mm). Stable and uniform lighting in visible spectrum, UV and IR. Light uniformity +/-10% over the specified field of view. Fully sealed, washable ring lights. Mounted around the lens with three set screws, or in front of the lens utilizing the filter thread, or four threaded 4-40 mounting holes on the back of the ring light. Inside diameters from 33 mm to 161 mm cover most of the lenses on the market, including lenses for macro photography, zoom and large diameter telecentric lenses. 		  Lensed led ring light with macro lens
