High Power Led Linear Array Lights Features: Ultra high intensity, uniform and stable illumination. Standard uniformity +/-10%. High power leds with collimating lenses. Embedded electronics (no controller required). 24V operation. Extremely low heat dissipation. Lengths: 6" to 48" in 6" increments Threaded 1/4-20 mounting holes on the back. Sealed high power led linear array lights for clean room, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and food processing applications, inspection work stations and robotic cells illumination. High Power Led Linear Array Lights Applications: Area scan and web inspection, label placement inspection, printed circuit board inspection, surface defects detection, optical character recognition (OCR), print quality verification (PQV), laser etched symbols recognition, ball grid arrays (BGR) inspection, inspection of cylindrical objects, large areas and background illumination, robotic work cell lighting, macro photography and video, displays and expositions illumination. High Power Led Linear Array Light Illumination : The length of the illuminated area is determined by the length of the illuminator. The width of the illuminated area depends on the working distance and type of the diffuser used. On our standard High Power Led Linear Array Lights we use diffusers with 85% light transmission. Optionally we can use diffusers with 25%, 35% or 45% light transmission. Diffusers with lower transmission provide better diffusion. For larger areas use High Power Led Broad Area Flood Lights. |
